Chalet-Villa-Schoenbichl-Kitzbuhel-Rent-Rental-Prices

Depending on Season we do have a different pricing.

Winter Main Season:
Arrival and Departure days are Saturday-Saturday.
Minimum Stay is 7 nights.

New Year Week: EUR 65.000,-- per Week (Min. Stay 7 nights) up to 30 Guests.
Christmas Week: EUR 45.000,-- per Week (Min. Stay 7 nights) up to 30 Guests.
Winter February Weeks: EUR 35.000,-- per Week (Min. Stay 7 nights) up to 30 Guests.
Hahnenkamm Ski Race: EUR 25.000,-- per Weekend 3-5 days for the Ski Race up to 30 Guests.

January &
March Low Season: EUR 35.000,-- per Week

Summer Season:
We only rent out the complete Chalet and estate. The best available rate is:
From EUR 25.000,-- per week for the entire Villa for up to 30 guests.

All Prices include daily maid service, Chalet Councierge Service and 10% Tax (VAT)
The local Tourism Tax of EUR 2,20 per Person per day is additional and has to be paid at check out.

Furthermore we can book our Chef and Sous Chef for additional EUR 2.500,-- per week to fullfill a gourmet week without any stress for anyone. The chef team, plan your menu, organize the shopping etc. The shopping can be done by our staff but has to be paid by the guest.

Evenening Meals can be cooked in the Villa Kitchen or you also may order from several Restaurants for any price rage, which deliver directly to Chalet-Villa-Schoenbichl.
